Michelle Muller is a female visual artist & movement enthusiast from Ontario, Canada.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Fanshawe College, 2011)
& a MSc in Neuroscience (University of British Columbia, 2014).

Michelle grew up on a farm, dancing and playing sports. She loved art as a child, but did not dive back into it until she attended her first art workshop with
Amanda Sage & Joebob Merrit in 2017, “Painting with Light” at the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (CoSM).

She continued to attend more art workshops including:
Amanda & Joebob “Painting with Light” workshop in Costa Rica in 2018 & “Mixtec & Mystics” at CoSM again in 2019,
a 5-week trimester at the Vienna Academy of Visionary Art in with Autumn Skye Morrison in 2018,
a 7-day painting intensive workshop with Alex and Allyson Grey at CoSM in July 2019,
”Technical Metaphysics of Oil Painting” & “Visionary Art Techniques” & “Technical Traditions of Oil Painting” with David Reskin & Aloria Weaver (2021, 2022, 2024),
as well as workshops with Michael Fuchs (2021).

She has worked as a neuroscience research graduate in a molecular medicine & therapeutics lab, worked as a science writer, neurofeedback technician, and a mental health worker.

Michelle has attended many international research conferences in Europe, Brazil, Canada & the US..
She has been particularly moved by the approach of movement and creativity to create more neuroplastic environments for healing and opening to experience through exploration, improvisation, and curiosity.


Michelle had a serious near death car accident in 2011,which is what led her to the work of Gyrokinesis & Gyrotonic.
Michelle’s injuries included 12 broken spots on her ribs, collapsed lungs, concussion, skull fracture, and fractured 5 cervical and thoracic vertebrae.
And she could finally feel long lasting effects and relief from her chronic pain, which amazed Michelle in delight.

Michelle has also studied in an intensive body mind training program, where she volunteered over 150 hours to create and implement movement programs for children and young adults with special needs, in private sessions or small groups.

She received her certificate for teaching adapted yoga with special needs and worked as a live-in personal support worker (PSW) for a young boy with cerebral palsy.
She has also spent time teaching movement (yoga/dance) to kids in Mindfulness Art camps, nannying children, and working as a PSW in a nursing home.

Michelle is a member of a global interactive art movement, called The Vision Train, linking visions into a self-manifesting destination of the most inspiring future.
She is a weekly conductor since March 2020.
